Zutaten
  

  • 150 g ground hazelnuts
  • 150 g ground almonds
  • 150 g buckwheat flour
  • 100 g coconut sugar
  • 1-2 tbsp dark rum Optional: rum aroma
  • 1.5 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1-2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4-5 tbsp water as required

For the icing

  • 70 g powdered sugar (I recommend using powdered sugar made from xylitol)
  • 1-2 tbsp lemon juice
  • A little water if necessary

Anleitungen
 

  • To make the dough, combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Form a big ball with your hands and put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 C.
  • Roll the pastry (use your hands first because the dough is a little crumbly, then help with a dough roll) and cut out star-shaped biscuits.
  • Bake for about 7-8 minutes.
  • To make the icing, combine all ingredients with a spoon and spread on top of the biscuits.
  • Let them cool off completely. ENJOY!
