Salted Caramel Nicecream With Fried Cinnamon Apples
Hot cinnamon apples with cold nicecream - the perfect sweet treat in the cold season.
- 2 frozen bananas
- 100 g frozen cauliflower
- 1 tbsp date caramel
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 60 g cashew yogurt (or any other plant-based yogurt)
- 50 g almond milk
Fried Cinnamon Apples
- 2 apples
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon
Cut apple into cubes and fry in maple syrup on medium-high heat until tender. Using a lid on your pan will speed up the process. Add cinnamon and stir carefully to combine. Turn off the heat and let apples sit while you prepare the nicecream.
For the nicecream, blend all ingredients until smooth and transfer to a bowl.
Top with date caramel, fried apples, and chopped walnuts.
TIP: Leave part of the apples in the pan and only add them to your nicecream bit by bit. This way you'll be able to enjoy warm apples until the last bite.
