  • 3 bananas
  • 200 g frozen mango
  • 100 g avocado
  • 100 g almond milk
  • 150 g frozen spinach
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 3 tsp matcha

  • Add all ingredients (except for the toppings) to a high-speed blender and process until smooth.
  • Transfer to bowls and decorate with the toppings.
  • Indulge and sense the green power!

Notizen

Tip: Frozen cherries make an excellent topping on smoothie bowls as well. I like to hide a few of them inside my smoothie to keep it cool as I eat (and take pictures before).
