Healthy Hot Chocolate

Quick to make and very satisfying on a cold winter day!

  • 2 medjool dates
  • 100 g hazelnut milk
  • 250 g water
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp chocolate protein (optional)


  • Bring water to boil in a kettle.
  • Transfer to a high-speed blender immediately and add all remaining ingredients.
  • Blend everything until smooth.
  • Transfer hot chocolate to a cup and decorate with marshmallows, if you like.
  • Enjoy immediately - the temperature is ideal!


This beverage is sweet like a dessert. If you like it a little less sweet, use only 1 date or no dates at all. Find a ratio that works for you!
